“The size 7's were more like 9. They were huge and there are no proper size guidelines on the website giving indication of width fittings etc. I had to return the boots at my own cost and to add insult to injury I had to contact Shoon to tell them that I wanted my money back. Apparently they don't automatically give a refund on receipt of the goods. This whole process took far too long. I paid £56 for the boots and when I looked again the price had gone up to £90, which is a rip-off and meant that I could not send for a smaller size. This company who trade under the 'Shoon' name do not deliver the good service I had experienced in the past. My advice is do not buy from them. There are much better websites out there.”
