“Die Dualshock Controller der PS 1-3 gefallen mir sehr Gut, besonders praktisch ist es dass man sich nicht umgewöhnen muss beim Konsolenwechsel, da bis auf kleine verbesserungen Baugleich.DualShock 3 zeichnet sich aus durch:- eingebauter, starker Akku- dem geringen Gewicht- verbesserter L/R 2 Tasten, ideal für Shooter und Rennspiele- standart mini USB Kabel, es wird daher kein spezielles Kabel benötigt zum LadenSchade nur dass die PS3 an sein muss, um ihn aufladen zu können, alternativ läßt er sich aber auch am PC Laden und mit entsprechendem Adapter (ca. 5 eur) auch an der Steckdose.”

“I am an xbox player. I turned to PS3 as I wanted to try some games that are only on PS3. I am used to the solid reliable controllers that are built for the xbox. These can also be easily repaired. When I bought my PS3 everything seemed fine until I accidentally dropped the controller on the floor (carpetted). This resulted in loss of function of the R2 button. I returned this to where I purchased the PS3 but I was told as the damage was "my fault" I would not get a replacement. I then tried to repair it myself. This proved impossible as the lever based buttons are not possible to reset accurately (possibly requires specialist equipment). I then purchased a second controller from amazon. Two months later the same thing happened. The controller stopped working after being dropped on the floor. I opened this controller again and found that a small plastic ring had fallen out of green spacer. Again this could not be replaced and again the controller has been rendered useless by very little. Two controller in three months makes £64. Given that is more than I have spent on games in the last year, this is not really satisfactory. I guess I will be trying PS3 controller substitutes from other companies or just playing the xbox if this continues!Utter rubbish!!!”

Da man oft bereits einen PS3-Controller mit entsprechendem Kabel hat, entsteht hier kein nennenswertes Problem.”
