I have tried different plugs, checked the cords and all looks good on it. “Cons: For me, Massage could be more intense, Heat could be a bit hotter.Pros: Many settings--full body to centralized area. I'm 6 foot, massages from mid-calf to shoulders. VERY RELAXING. Sound is NOT distracting. Auto shut off--great when it puts you to sleep. Hope it lasts as long as my other heater/massager (different brand).”
