“I'm recovering from a brain injury and my muscles in my right side tend to spasm to a point where they won't release, when that happens it gets very painful, and I spent a long time trying to find a way to make my muscles release and provider some pain relief when that happens. I bought this pad on a whim because I could use it on my entire body at the same time instead of some of the smaller massage pads.It vibrates more than massages, so if you are looking for those massage rolly things, this isn't for you. It does have a heat function, which I find very helpful when it comes to getting my muscles to release and relax. I liked that it automatically shuts off so you don't accidentally use it too long, I've even found this comfortable enough to fall asleep on it sometimes.”
