“The mat is very comfortable. A good amount of different options for the modes and intensity -- allows me to massage the exact area that is needed. The heat functionality helps as well.”
“I wish there was a way to give it no stars. I hate it, I'm so disappointed. I'm sending it back for a refund tomorrow and it is the first TRAKK purchase I have hated enough to take the time to do that with. MY shoulder and neck and back hurt so much and all this stupid thing does is vibrate. The vibrating just hurts my shoulder more and it doesn't do anything but make me mad that I got my hopes up and still have no relief. Horrible product. Does not do what is advertised, not even close. Literally no relief from this sham of a product.”
“If I'm being honest, I wouldn't repurchase this one. One of my massagers no longer works (just over 6 months old) and the vibrations even on max setting don't feel very intense. The heat is nice but the heat on literally any product will be nice. Is there a better make of this out there?”
