“I have chronic back pain and arthritis. Normally, I cannot stand a mat that massages and vibrates but this full body massager is wonderful. I love that heat is also included ! My favorite setting is M2 using it while sitting on my couch and I use the vibration areas of back, lumbar and leg positions set. Also I use the heat setting with this mode . I stay on the pad the full time allotted and it is always in the sitting position . Frankly , it probably wouldn�t be comfortable for me if I had to use it lying down . But that is only because my back, neck and thoracic areas of my back are very sensitive.Lastly , I do have a fusion in the C-5 and 6 area of my back .I hope this will help some of you who are sitting on the fence about this particular product . I was very hesitant about purchasing it but I am so very glad I did!”
