So I wanted to get her something close to what she was getting in her therapy sessions. The mat arrived yesterday. She unboxed it and hooked it up. She loves it. All the buttons work. The heat is appropriate just the right amount. She put the mat in the chair and used it for 30 mins. It shuts off automatically. She was sooo relaxed. She said it helped a lot. I told her to try and use it before the pain comes on or when she feel it coming on. I even used it. I put it on the floor. It's so relaxing. i felt like I was at a spa. I almost fell asleep. I would recommend this if your having neck, shoulder, back, lower back and leg pain or aches. Just know this is heat and vibrations. It is NOT shiatsu massage.”
