“got this for my pregnant wife when she started having back pain. it helps relieve the pain, but FYI you are not supposed to use these if pregnant for more than like 20 minutes apparently from what I've researched. I have back stress too and when i run the heat and the vibrating massage it helps. i bought this because it can go anywhere, and we throw it on the couch and use it”
