“I bought 2 of them, 1 for my wife and 1 for my mother. Both of them love their massage mats. The small vibrating nodes put out a lot of power, and the heat is wonderfful. Very plush and super soft. No additional padding needed. All-in-all, a good buy, and a great gift!”

“I believe I am on my 8th or 10th one now either via warranty claim or purchasing them. I love it when it works but the most I get out of one is 3 months and then either a motor (or more) goes out or a wire.They have a great customer service though if it breaks they will send you a new one usually in 2-4 days but that warranty does run out.”
“Pretty pointless as the kneeding pieces barely touch my back, they are way too far to the sides. I read a review of a similar product that said the massagers were right on their spine and it hurt so I liked the idea of this one, but it didn't work for my frame. The settings are all intermittent too and the noise variation alone keeps me from being able to relax with it. I may give it one more try then see if anyone I know who is of larger frame wants it.”
“Comfortable, relaxing and the warmth is very nice. That said, 2 stars off for numerous reasons. Knobby vibrators (not massagers; theres nothing massaging about this mat) are getting a bit knobbier with each use. Not sure this will be comfortable in a year. 4 of the 5 settings are just weird. I only use the 1 setting that slowly increases/decreases the overall vibration. Other reason for less stars is that all of sudden, after the holiday season, this item is almost 15% cheaper. Makes me want to return and buy again but its just not worth my time. This is more of a $45-65 heating/vibrating mat...not an $80 "massaging" mat.”
