“My first use. Easy ergonomic grab handles. It does hurt some as others said, but it does help with pain in chronically spasmed calves muscles. It did give me some relief in short run. How sturdy? I think it will break down over time. It is also super narrow and you force it mildly apart to go over larger muscle groups. I think that will dream it down sooner or lose tightness needed for smaller areas. It was too wide for my arms!!! But worked on calves and thigh. 4 out of 5 overall.”
