Personally I get really bad migraines and tension headaches, but also because I work on computers for a living I am always looking someone's technology device screen so my eyes can really get strained by the end of the day, and with allergies and stuff I need something. This really does help, but the noise i very loud You can definitely hear it running in another room if someone is using it. That's why it doesnt always help when it comes to migraines because of how loud it is depends on the person i think.”
