“After a visit to the MD and a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, she recommended rolling my foot on "something frozen like a water bottle". I found this device and although I thought it expensive for a bit of plastic, I tried it. I threw it in the freezer and later that night, gave it a try. It's (of course) cold to the touch at first but you get over that quickly. I roll it from the ball of my foot to the heel and it feels pretty good after a few minutes. Try that for about 15-20 minutes each evening and it helps with the pain. I hope this helps.”
