“I purchased this item for the heater to keep my feet warm while I'm working. It works great for what I need it to do. I do not like that it shuts off after 30 mins. I have to click through 4 times to shut off the vibration which is a little annoying but livable. Deciding whether I can live with automatic shut off so soon.”
“Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I connect the massager -and tried all the power outlets and home- but it never turned on.I contacted to the TRAKK technical service, but they can't offer a solution. Finally, I had to return the item.”
