“Update: vibrating component squeels loudly non stop. Can only use the heat.The vibrating components make some squeeking noises occasionally. Other than that, no complaints. Works great for tiled basement office.”
“Love this foot warmer and massager. It has nice options for massage and like that I can just put on warm mode when my feet are cold. My only complaint is that the cord to the remote is too short, barely comes to my knees and I have short legs! Otherwise would have given it 5 stars.”
“I had been having a tired feet. I work from home but I do lots of walking, my toes would crack with simple movements, I am also a mom of a toddler so maybe that�s why my feet are so tired. I decided to buy this brand because I wanted it sooner for my aching tired feet. At first I thought it does have a massager but it is only a vibration, the good thing is that with the 3 setting vibration my feet were both less achy. The top part is removable too and I don�t need it in this part of USA. When I zipp out the top part, I used it actually as a lower back massager when I am working. So even tho it does not have what originally I was looking for I am keeping it and I am happy woth my purchase. Also I can use it for my legs.”
“This is a fairly good product. It works well keeping feet warm. However, there are 2 bad things. The first is that the remote cord is SMALL!! By that, if you are sitting in a chair, the remote won't be able to stay on the chair with you. The cord is just not long enough. Second bad thing is that the only spots that are hot is just the small ball, one one each side. The ball is located about halfway in the warmer. Its great if that is where you have pain/cold but not so much fun if you are trying to move around til you find that perfect spot. And once found, at least on mine, the cord was jostled and I have to move my feet out to push the cord back in. And then have to find the spot again.But if you are looking for something that keeps your feet warm, it does work, unlike other foot warmers.”
“I luv that you can take the top off and still use it. My husband wears a size 13 and my son a 15. So we've had numerous ones that the opening was too small for their feet to fit in. I've had one or two that said size 12 and I couldn't fit my size ten in. My husband can fit both his feet in and my son can use it w/o the top. The massage and heat are both quick to start. In fact the only complaint I have is I wish the remote cord was longer. I think I read somewhere it's 3 feet long. Yet if it is, it's the shortest 3 ft. I've ever seen. I would guess more like 2. I can still use it though. I just have to bend over a little. But I wouldn't trade it for any of the others. I'm finally happy. Oh yeah and it comes with a 2 yr. warranty and if you sign up for it you get a chance to win a massage pillow.”
