“The product on arrival did not work at all. After 24 hours of trying, I gave up and called for help. That didn't work. I was given the option of getting a replacement which I accepted. The UPS guy came and picked the item up at no cost to me and within a day or two, I had a new Massager that worked!. I was totally impressed with the service provided.”

“Very nice overall. It's easy to hold and quite comfortable and feels really nice, and it is a good value.Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1- the rubber massage heads are easy to knock off. So if you take this on the go and throw it in a bag of stuff, you might have to go digging for the heads. 2- the charging cord connects with a magnetic head that you have to make sure is lined up just the right way for it to work. And because of the uniqueness of the cord, unless you happen to have other devices that use the same cord, you need to make sure you don't lose it (unlike the micro USB cords which power most of my devices and are readily available at Dollar Tree).”
