The vibration massage feature is decent, It will be VERY LOUD until you position your feet and the pressure just right.The water will NOT stay heated. Their customer service will tell you that it stays warm for about 15 minutes from the time you pour it in the unit. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure that happens with a regular bucket of hot water too...”
