“As a runner for years, I have been freezing water in a styrofoam cup to massage my calves. I'd peel the cup away as I used the hard ice for cold massage. This cryosphere really is great. No mess, I put it in the freezer, and it is good to go. The handle is substantial. It feels like good a quality product in the hand. The handle is cold from the freezer but quickly becomes comfortable. I can press as hard as I wish. The ice cup massaged a greater surface at once, but the ball really works and I can focus on tight muscle spots. I love this thing almost as much as thick-sliced bacon. But bacon won't massage my calf.”
