“It is so easy to use, especially with the handles. I got one with out the handles and I had a hard time with balance. I have very small feet so it works great for me, for larger size feet I might look for a bigger one. I use it all the time. If a commercial comes on TV I get up and do t while the commercial is on. I feel like it is a decent work out.”
