“I purchased this to replace a corded unit that was starting to wear out after a few years of everyday use. I had to be careful not to run the corded one over a bony area, because it would bang and bruise. I tried replacing it with an expensive "gun" style at first, but it was hard to reach all the places I wanted and the motion was too large and would actually bruse me almost anywhere. I should point out that I do not bruise easy. I sent that unit back and then gave this one a try. The motion was less than my old corded unit, but ran about the same top and bottom speed. This was actually an advantage because it did not bang and bruise me, even if I ran it over a bony area. The 3 speeds were fine. I really only use the high speed anyway. The 3 modes that insert a short or longer pause were interesting, but I still mostly used the continuous mode. The mild heating mode did warm the ball end somewhat. Some might find it soothing, but I have my clothes on when using it so it really did not make a difference to me. The different detachable heads did not interest me much, except for the rubbery spiked one, which was good on bare skin for spot massage. The battery life is adequate for daily use. I recharge it every other day. I have never run the battery down to where it says it needs recharging.Here is the magic though. I use a massager every day for pain management. It takes about 20 minutes to get to all the parts to relax the muscles. I purchased a second unit and use one in each hand. I can get through my massage in 10 minutes that way. I just do the left and right side of my body at the same time. A magical thing happens when I do this. The two units create another vibration mode as the two units drift in and out of sync with each other (called a beat frequency). This adds another dimension of massage therapy that relaxes the muscles even more. Another thing is I only use the long handles for my back. The rest of the time I grab the units near the vibrating head. That way I can manipulate them better and apply more pressure to the big muscles.I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.”

“A leg injury from years ago has resulted in giving me leg cramps at night. I love the accupuncture massage head attachment - it really does the job. I also love that it is cordless. The only criticisms I have are that it takes a while for the heat option to heat up and that it's a little awkward to hold so it's easy to hit the switch off or change to another speed by mistake. Otherwise it has really helped me.”
