“I purchased this to replace a different brand I had for many years that just finally died due to cable tear. I was hoping this Snailax was going to be an improvement and upgrade from the old one. I was bummed when I turned this on and the highest of the 3 settings left me wanting more power. The label says it is 12 W and my old one was 10 W so I don't know why this one was just not that strong. I can only guess it has to do with the added features of heat and being cordless which my old one did not have. The Snailax is over 2.5 lbs and my old Panasonic was 1 lb. I found myself accidentally turning this one off several times because my hand would slide up to the buttons and my husband did the same thing. I wasn't going to try the attachments because they looked like they would not be comfortable and I was right. I tried 2 of them and they hurt on bare skin and was not pleasant at all. The attachments are very firm, or nearly solid plastic.Pros: cordless, red ball is smooth and soothingCons: not very strong vibrations, heat is barely noticeable, weight”
