I tell you this thing works. I was skeptical at first and thought this is going to be just like every other massager I have tried. I have chronic neck aches from an accidents I had years ago. I also suffer from cluster headaches. I put this on and turned it on and this thing starts doing its work. It has a relaxing sensation and provides almost instant relief. This is not your typical massager. It stimulates your muscles and pain receptors for temporary relief via electrical muscle stimulation. Which in my case is exactly what I need. The heating on this can get up to 109 degrees F. Which can be a bit uncomfortable at times. It has several modes, the mode I put it on is massager and I turn the intensity to around 1/2 - 3/4. It causes moderate twitching of the muscle as the impulse stimulates it. But I can definitely feel the unit buzzing my spinal cord. If you�re looking for temporary instant pain relief … look no further. It provides soothing pulses when my neck is tight but the up time of the battery is not great. May get 15 minutes out of it between charges.It also comes with additional electrode pads and an lines so you can also stimulate other parts of the body.I was unable to locate any warranty either in the product information or item description.I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
