When used with oils, it really works great.Starts to make loud vibration noises, like when hair clippers are not tightened properly, after turning on.The noise isn't too bad though, it was quiet when we used it so that exacerbated the noise level.Kind of looks like a sex toy... I'm not sure how exactly but my wife thought I bought a sex toy when I first showed her.I have yet to use the cold or hot feature, but I can tell the cold will work great. The pouch has small liquid balls that will make it nice and even application instead of a solid gel pad.The heat tool has its own button and I'm excited to use it.I will update the review when I use it again tonight.”
