“I works really well and as expected. Great quality material and comes with a little bag to keep all the pieces organized. I absolutely love the cold and hot options. It makes all the difference when I have neck problems and even headaches. I have only two little problems: the noise is a little loud for my taste and it is a little heavy. By the time I'm done massaging some part of my body I could use a massage on my wrist. But I've never had this type of massager before, thus I am not able to compare and say if its 'louder' or 'heavier' than others. Overall, I love it.”
