“I bought this to replace my two-headed massager, but this massager is weak and loud and the heads don't necessarily fit on well. I couldn't get a couple of the heads on without almost breaking the machine. I still haven't gotten one of the heads on. Most shocking thing: you're not allowed to return this because it falls under the "electronics" part of TRAKK's return policy.Take away:1. Don't buy this.2. If you do buy this, be prepared to keep it.”
“This is the 2nd one I have bought, gave the first one to a family member who likes it. Bought this massager again because of the cold and heat feature. The only negative is the handle is short which make it hard for me to get to the middle of my back.”
