“This product I learned after trying to return it is not returnable. I found out why the first time I used it. It is weak for a massager. The variable speed does not work. This is garbage and TRAKK is selling it as PRIME. I've been happy with TRAKK Prime for many years now but the fact they mask an item non-returnable states is unconscionable for a company like TRAKK. Shame on your company for misleading your long term, supposedly valued, customers.”
“Not complicated to use, but it does not provide any heat or coolness on the highest setting. It is just a noisy massager. Purchased it for the hot and cold therapy, but it doesn't deliver. They won't even let me return it.”
“The whole reason I bought this was for my face/jaw to help with migraines...this does not include the facial tool which would have helpful if it was not in the product ad. It was a waste of money and time waiting for this to come. Would not recommend if your buying for a specific attachment since your not guaranteed to get what it's showing.”
