“I read many unfavorable reviews of this product for the use of deep-tissue massage but decided to order it based off a review that said it did a good job at breaking up stuck lymph which is what I need it for, and why pay for more functions than I need? However, the heat function which would have helped did not work at all. Also, the on/off switch stuck all the time, and the highest setting was barely any different from the lowest. It was such a disappointment to have to wait for relief after my last one broke just to get a defective one and then not be able to return it! I stuck with a Wahl because I got such good, effective use out of my last one, but, the company apparently doesn't do quality across all their products, and I didn't find the same model. I've ordered many, many things online over the years, and this is literally my first bad experience, so I'm not too upset, but, I've never needed anything I've ordered like I've needed this; I think 3 stars is generous.”
“I don't like that it's noise level is high and I got this for help with migraine relief and it doesn't help being loud. I do like the heat setting and that the attachments are easy to use. As far as massage use it's not that great but if you are using the hot or cold attachments it's amazing.”
“It is soothing to use but it's way too small I couldn't return because I was too late when I finally used it but it's very soft massage I think it will work well for someone sensitive or in pain but not for me who is pregnant and wants a deeper more strong massage”
