For arthritic hands it's not to good, but for durability it's great. So I will adjust to the weight.The attachments are nice, good size. I used the hot it's great, I haven't tried the cold yet, I'll let u know.It has a long cord, this is great for me. I'm not stuck next to a wall while I'm using it, I can move to my favorite chair and relax.The bad thing, sorry, it's not as strong as I thought it would be. Just not as powerful as I hoped it would be. This is a shame because it's really nice.Don't get me wrong, the hot & cold attachments make up for some of the intensity.I will recommend this one”
