“The product does not work and is defective. When I tried to return it through TRAKK it said that the item is not returnable or replaceable even though it says in its return policy that returns are accepted if the item is not working properly or is defected. I'm going to continue to try to get in contact with someone that can help with this but for anyone reading this review I would say save your self some time and skip this product entirely and look for a different one.”
