“I own several massagers, and use them daily. I thought I'd try this one out for its heating and cooling effects. I found the massager to be very weak and ineffective at releasing my muscle knots. And it turns out I can't return it, even though TRAKK was the seller. It really angers me that TRAKK doesn't clearly indicate which products can and can't be returned.”
