“This product is true to its purpose. While laying on it, I can feel my neck and shoulder muscles stretching. When done, I can feel how much more loose my neck and shoulders feel. I am only giving 5 stars because I feel like it could be more. Bigger maybe? I don't know. I don't get a FULL stretch and would love to be able to have the stretch extend up more into the base of my head. Still, a very good product that I use just about every other night.”
