“I purchased this product with a bit of skepticism but I am pleasantly surprised at how well it has helped my neck pain. I am a dental hygienist and my neck pain is almost constant due to leaning over patients all day. After using this product regularly, my neck pain is almost gone. I like that i can inflate/deflate to get the stretch I need. My only critique is that there is a split under the cover (which is the inflatable part) that runs across the length of it that is a little uncomfortable- but tolerable for the overall benefit i've gotten from it!”

“I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and i am very satisfied with it. I don't really suffer from neck pain but I spent hours daily on a computer so I noticed a slight change in my posture, a little bump at the base of the neck, so decided to give it a try. It felt a little uncomfortable at the beginning but I read instructions carefully and followed all the recommendations (timing, there are 2 sides of the relaxer available so if you happen to be a smaller human it's a good idea to at least start with the other side…please check the pictures so you know what I mean). I use the relaxer 1-2 a day for 15 mins and the bump has already reduced slightly and I feel more range of motion with my neck! It works great, and I really recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time on their computer or phone. It does take a few sessions to get comfortable and relax into it (the massage nodes may feel annoying at first) but it's all worth it. Highly recommend, great value for money as well!”
