“I bought two different brands of the same product. The first was a Goredi. After two weeks of using that at the office, I loved it so much I bought a second (for my home office). The second was this Haus brand. Immediately after opening the packaging, I could tell they skimped. It was lighter and didn't seem like they put as much money into their product. After using consistently for about a week, the piece that stabilized the back end became really loose with no way to tighten, as I kept trying to tighten. Also, I think they must not have protected the display well enough because it no longer work at all. There is a faint burning smell when using the product and the metal pieces get super hot when you use the product. I've unfortunately tossed the box, so I can no longer return, but compared to the Goredi, this product is vastly inferior. My Goredi is still going strong and so much better quality!”
