“I have been using this cushion for a few months now. I drive a lot and am behind the wheel sometimes 8 hours a day. It has helped me tremendously with my back issues. I can also sit on my computer chair doing things on my computer for long periods of time without a lot of pain in my back. I have arthritis, degenerative disc disease and herniated discs in my back. This cushion helps a lot with these issues. I can't recommend it enough. I carry it back/forth between the car and house. I won't drive anywhere even a short trip around town without this pillow. “I have now used this cushion for 4 days at work (I'll update later). I'm very happy with it! I'm 5 months pregnant but I seem to always have at least one body part asleep. This has given me support (it is plenty firm) but is also soft enough to not put my butt to sleep too fast.
