“I accidentally ordered the wrong pillow. I wanted the gel one since I already have one that I travel everywhere with. I wanted one for my house. So I Contacted the manufacturer and got a response within 24 hours. They were very polite and since I did make the mistake of ordering the wrong pillow. (Which the one I ordered seemed more stiff than what my back can handle right now ) they told me to just keep the pillow and they would expedite a new gel pillow ( like the one I already have and love) to me for free. I was surprised to hear that since it was my mistake. I definitely recommend trying out their products. I also have the lumbar pillow and it helps my back so much. Plus they have very good customer service. Would definitely buy more of their items in the future.”
“I bought this product to address pain in my tailbone, but I was wrong about the central location of my problem. I gave it to my son, who is very tall and he has found it to be very comfortable, so I gave it 3 stars. It turns out that I have a stage 2 cystocele, so now I'm going to have to buy a new one for more money to make it possible to sit! It's very frustrating.”
“I bought this cushion in preparation for a transatlantic flight to Europe. It did not disappoint. Over 5,000 miles one way and my back & buttocks were still comfortable. Who knew that one layer of memory foam in the right shape could make so much difference! I thought the cushion was a little pricey but I am glad I made the investment. I have used it in my car as well. The only down side I have noted is that sometimes depending on the seat you are using it on...it may apply more pressure on the backs of your legs than was comfortable for me. I coped with this in the car by tilting the car seat a little to ease the pressure and on the plane by scooting the cushion forward just a little. All in all, this was a great buy. If you use it for air travel; remember to wear your compression socks.”
