It does nothing for my lower back pain and Im still slapping on Salonpas patches at the end of the day.Its not "hard as a rock" as other reviews have said, it doesn't stink and it hasn't made my back pain worse it just hasn't done anything. Ive followed all the directions and positioned it as instructed but get no relief.For the price I could of just purchased any old cushion and gotten the same amount of comfort for far less.”
“Due to the Covid19 pandemic I've been working from home. I'm doing a lot of computer work, so I'm sitting more than usual. After a week or two of working from home, I developed terrible back pain. I was using a ComfiLife Premium Comfort Seat Cushion at work, so I thought maybe I should get another one for home. I couldn't retrieve my office cushion because the work site was closed. “I was not disappointed with my repeat purchase -- the seat cushion raises me just enough so my elbows are at 90 degrees to my keyboard, and my butt and tailbone are well-cushioned even though this pillow is the only thing between me and the wood chair seat. You don't have to worry about this "deflating" flat like many other memory foam seat cushions. This is rigid memory foam, and can withstand a male body all day (I'm 5' 10", 168 lbs).Due to COVID-19, I have been working from home (WFH) since March 11, 2020. I write this on Aug. 25, 2020. My WFH set up is at my dining room table, and for the first few weeks I was sitting on a hard wooden dining chair, which positioned me a bit lower than ergonomically advisable. “I've had this about a month now. Pregnancy did something to my tail bone which makes it very painful to sit and I work at a desk all day. “The cushion seemed okay at first. It passed the eye test as it just looked like a cheaper alternative to the everlasting comfort cushions but I now realize that it's much cheaper because it's much thinnerI don't know if it's actually thinner when fully fluffed up and expanded or if the cushion is just softer and compresses quicker but either way if you're a big guy (or gal) like me who weighs over 300 lbs (and I'm barely over that mark) you're not going to get much out of this as your butt is just going to flatten it out the second you sit down.I know skinny people need pain relief too so this is probably perfect in that situation so I'm going to leave it at around 3* - just know that this is not a “one-size-fits-all' type of product.If you're a large person you will want to buy a better/bigger cushion.Edit: after reading other reviews I've realized this is not just an isolated incident for a big fella like me, apparently these cushions are very thin dropped to 1* save your money and buy elsewhere.”
“I use this in my car because I was getting sore/numb thighs and butt on long drives which I did frequently for my work. The first time i used the cushion on along drive, there was a very noticeable increase in comfort and it eliminated the numbing effect I was getting. It made the drive 100% easier and less stressful. I also noticed it helps even for short drives around town, for a more comfortable driving experience. The cushion is firm but has just enough 'give' to be comfortable. and retains its firmness over time and use. Does not "squish down" like some cheaper brands. The cover can be removed for washing if needed, which is a good feature if you ever spill coffee or food while driving. Overall it is a great product and I highly recommend.”
“The product was purchased to relieve those nasty pressure points at the obvious buttocks area. In addition, the instructions state that the gel compresses after siting on it approximately 30 or more seconds. 100% correct... I have been working from home, including my wife. I bought two of them and it was money well spent and great quality too. The bonus is that the cover can be removed and thrown in the washing machine. Washing instruments stated in the sewn in label.”
