“Bought one of these in October 2017. Best cushion I have purchased for it's purpose. Bought another 3 months later for my dad. He loved it too. Decided to leave one in the car and purchase another for the house. Clicked on my old order to order the same product and found that it was on sale. Received it yesterday, 4/11/2019. If the new one is memory foam I would be very surprised, It is much softer. I sink into it immediately. The originals take a while for the body heat to take effect and give excellent support no matter how long we've been sitting on them. Don't know how long I'll be able to sit on the new one before becoming uncomfortable. Will update later.Tried it over the week-end. Not good. Went completely flat after just a few minutes. Not meeting it's purpose - enough support to protect the tailbone. Returning it. Reading other reviews, it may just be a manufacturing "oops". May order again.”
“I got this because I have Sciatic nerve damage and sitting in my office chair make it hurt sometimes. The reviews said this helps so I got it. However, it just makes my tailbone hurt like crazy. I am not happy with it at all. Yes, I am using it correctly I went on the companies web site to make sure. This will probably go in the trash as it is too late to return.”
“Love this cushion. It feels good and helps relieve pain. I am severely disabled and have to sit most of the time. I am always in a lot of pain from sciatica, severe scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, broken tailbone, spinal stenosis of lumbar region, pinched nerves, and fibromyalgia. This is the first and only cushion that has ever helped relieve some of that pain and make it comfortable for me to sit. I also have the back cushion, which works equally as well.”

“We made a purchase at a home show on a seat cushion that we now wish we had bought 2 or more. Have yet to find that exact product. We thought this was the one but nope! Too small compared to the one we have/looking for. So we returned it.”
“Wow!!! Super comfy and exactly what I needed. I fell on my butt on my rollerblades recently and have had soreness since. I was was standing absolutely still when I fell, so I guess that I just leaned back a tiny bit too far and instantly hit the ground. Good thing that nobody saw me.My coccyx is fine, but I decided to try this cushion anyway, because of its great reviews and the fact that it is made from high density foam. I am delighted with how comfortable it is. My office seat's cushion has grown old and tired, and it wasn't until I really needed its softness that I realized that it no longer had any.
