“This seat cushion is excellent and very helpful for back pain, especially for using in a vehicle. However, if you live in a cold climate, the seat cushion will be extremely firm when cold and needs to thaw a bit to soften in the winter. it is a great product otherwise.”

It sounds so weird but it was unbearable. This made all the difference. It's big enough to move around on it and have room. It doesn't sink like a pancake but it does give a decent amount. “This is a wonderful cushion. Well made. I was having problems with a herniated disc and ended up having to have surgery. It helped before surgery, but was so a lifesaver after surgery. I took it to the hospital with me. It helped so much with postoperative pain. Also, helped so much riding in the car. I have RA/RD, lupus, DDD, Fibromyalgia, etc. and I change positions frequently. This pillow helps to be able to sit with better posture too.”
