“I'm a 5' 6' 213 lbs woman and laying down with this pillow under the arch of my back has relieved so much pain! I definitely recommend this product to any one. My husband is 6' 2' and 280lbs. He said it was really comfy using his my-pillow along with this foam pillow under the arch of his back. He likes it better when he's using a pillow. We both agree that we could sleep on our backs while using this foam pillow. We are side sleepers and have bad back pain. We have also been in a couple moto accidents. “I have chronic low back pain and wake most morning with terrible aching pain. Since I started using this pillow my back pain has been better.
