“when you open the package a stench so unbelievable that it's hard to describe comes out. In the instructions it says leave the pillow in a clear or sunny ventilated place for 24 hours. I had done so for about 72 hours and the stench never diminished at all. It smells toxic and poisonous I will not put it anywhere near my body let alone in my bed. Now with the covid-19 epidemic it's more difficult than ever to return a product and you can't even talk to customer service. I am beyond furious. Do not buy this pillow if you have a sense of smell left.”

“Nothing particularly negative about the construction, but using it made my back hurt worse. I have repurposed it by folding it in half and using it in my office chair as a cushion. It works well for that. My cats also like to sit on it, so that is another plus.”
