Even being petite the lumbar support conformed to my back well, just hits the wrong part of my back sans a cushion in my car. Definitely a nice product and an excellent price. “This pillow helps--kind of. I bought it primarily to use on my office chair, but it really wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped. It seems to work better when I sit on the couch or in a soft chair. Not sure if it doesn't help much because it's the wrong kind of pillow for me or if there's only so much you can expect for a pillow when your back hurts.
