“Hello my friends....I am 62 years old with sleep apnea, one night in bed about 5 years ago I sat straight up in bed gasping for air, I honestly thought I was going to die because I couldn't get my breath. So I spent just over $1000 on a oversized and very comfortable heavy duty reclyner to sleep in. it allows me to choose the elevation that is best for me, no more sleep apnea!!....problem is that I would wake up each morning with a stiff and sore back due to no lower back support...I tried using a rolled up towel and it did not work, I tried using a small pillow to support my lower back and that didn't work either.I stumbled upon this nifty lumbar support pillow while looking around for another alternative to ease my lower back pain in the mornings, read the reviews and decided to give it a try.....and it works wonders!! “This is just what I have been searching for. Once I got the little rascal positioned just right on my car seat, it instantaneously offered lumbar relief. I'd tried all kinds of cushions and supports,but the configuration of the seat made my back feel like I was hunching overâ€â€because I was! Bucket seats are awful for back alignment. Also, it doesn't become hard as a rock, as some cushions did, in freezing temps. It can get cold here in WI, but the seat retains its firm but pliable support.”

“I gave it a 3 star because I still cant fixt it to give ne comfort. Maybe this isn't what I need because my back still hurts. I tried different ways and none worked. After using it for a while my back hurt moore so I stopped using it. It does fell comfortable if I put it in a chair just not my car. Like I said maybe this is not for me.”
“I like that it kept my back arched but I do a lot of moving around in my LLV (I'm a mail carrier) and the cushion just didn't stay in place even with the straps.”
