“The person(s) that "designed" where to put the end of the straps don't have any common sense at all. I have tried this pillow on 5 different office chairs and the pillow always rests unaligned with the back of the chair. I mean, this is so basic and this company didn't get that right. Go check other lumbar pillows and see how they place the end of the straps in a different position so the pillow aligns with the back of the chair...Unbelievable really. If possible, I would like my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!”
