“You don't know what you are missing until you try this. I have been struggling with lower back pain and overall posture, and this has been my saving grace. The support is much needed and very comfortable. I have less strain and do not have the back strain I used to have. This seat cushion is firmer than others, but that for me that is what helps take the pressure off my tailbone. The first two days I wasn't sure because I wasn't use to it, but after a few more days my back has adjusted and feels much better after sitting for long periods. If you want to make your office chair more comfortable you need this!”
“This item is great, but it isn't a miracle cure. I sit a lot for studying, like all day every day, and my tailbone is jacked up from it. This seat rest is helping me a lot but it doesn't completely eliminate the pain from sitting. I love this product don't get me wrong and they never claimed to fix my tailbone, so I don't think they deserve a star off. Another thing is that since it is memory foam and it is soft is that it collapses and doesn't hold its shape very well while sitting on it. That's inherent to memory foam and its to be expected, but it's slightly annoying sometimes. None of this would deter my purchase again, and I won't have to because this company has a lifetime guarantee! You can't beat that!Also, the lumbar support cushion does a different job and I'd say it does its job even better. I love this setup! Hopefully, my tailbone will heal eventually using these products”
“This was a great cushion. I sit at my desk daily and type for a living and this made my life more comfortable. No more numb and painful butt. Until yesterday, after using it daily for a year and a half, when I noticed my cushion had interally collapsed or deflated, for lack of better words. “I suffer from low back pain, and my mom suffers from sciatica. Since we've both been doing a lot of sitting around during all the COVID lockdown stuff, both of us have had our backs really start to act up. I finally did some research and found this cushion. Based on other reviews, I decided to give it a try.I am a gamer, so I sit on a hard gaming chair most of the day (even when not gaming-- it has just become my normal everyday chair). I've tried sitting on pillows and blankets to soften the stress on my low back and bottom, but nothong has given me relief for longer than maybe a few hours. The second I got this cushion in the mail, I put it on my gaming chair and sat down. Instantly, I could tell the difference!But will it stand the test of time, I asked myself. I had purchased a wedge-shaped cushion several years ago and it flattened and lost all of its support within a couple weeks, if even that. Well... as of the date I'm writing this review, I have had this cushion for about 2 weeks now, and it is still holding its shape and giving support. I sit on it pretty much all day every day, and it's holding up very well. Color me impressed!!I'm currently away for the weekend, so I asked my mom to try it out while I'm gone. She has used it on the dining room chair (hard wood), the computer chair (firm cushion), and the living room recliner (plush cushion). She says she notices relief for her sciatica in all 3 cases! “Just what I needed to endure 6 weeks recuperating from ankle surgery. I am sitting much more than usual and took a chance that this cushion would 'ease my pain'. It works as advertised. I was concerned that the memory foam would depress too much to maintain comfort over several hours, but it holds up great and the tailbone cut-out relieves pressure up the spine. I move the cushion to whatever chair I am using and both my rear end and my back are happier after one week of use. Have not yet used in the car, but anticipate same good result. The cushion is sturdy, has a soft cover on top with gripper-dots on the bottom so doesn't slide much. I love it.”
“I bought this cushion for my office chair. I found out that it is too thick for my liking. The cushion has me sit at a funny angle and leans me forward too much. BUT....I'm an avid kayaker and the seat in my kayak is not comfy at all. So I thought outside of the box and tried the office cushion for my kayak and wow it makes a huge difference. I can sit in my kayak longer now and not get butt sore. I realize this cushion is not meant to wet. The few times that it has gotten wet I just hang it on a rack in my garage and over night it dries. So I'm giving this seat cushion 5 stars not for the office but for my kayak.”
“Had this for a little over 6 months now and it provides average comfort and support. It is better than just the office chair, but not much. I have washed the removable cover a few times and it has held up well. However the actual pad has become discolored with dark spots and rust colored spots, Not sure if this is mold from moisture retention, so It is getting recycled.”
