“I ordered this thinking this was going to help my sore back and when it arrived it had a horrible chemical smell. I even washed it twice and the smell never went away. It was so bad I ended up throwing the pillow away taking a loss on the item.”

But it loses its firmness quick, gets way too soft/conforms to your body over time and does nothing for back pain. It's only been a full 2 1/2 months and I'm already searching TRAKK for a different option. I sleep with this pillow on my back every night because it's better than nothing- but once I get something firmer that offers quality long-term relief. This is going in the trash.”
