“I took a few days to get comfortable with this pillow I was still feeling pain in my knee I then choose to us it for my back, to me is not thick enough for me to use got my knee I barely feel that I'm lying in it, it could be made just a bit thicker, but it does help a little for my back but not for my knee”
“I purchased this in hopes of receiving some relief for low back problems that are creating sciatic pain.This is much too low in height and is too soft to use beneath my knees when laying on my back. The support is not there for me. I imagine if you are a side sleeper and place this between your knees it could be helpful. If you are a back sleeper - not so much.”
