“I bought this bolster for resting my ankle/ foot on while sleeping. I injured the back of my heel where my Achilles' tendon attaches. It hurts when I'm sleeping on my back & my heel is pressing down on my mattress. This bolster pillow works perfectly for this problem as it softly cradles my ankle yet keeps my heel elevated a couple inches above my mattress.I would have given it 5 stars but there is no option to purchase additional covers and they really are needed.It is a medium firmness & springs back into shape immediately. The cover is well made with a good zipper. I would say it's definitely too small and not firm enough for a knee but would work well for a wrist, elbow, or ankle.”
“This pillow is comfortable but not reduces the lower back pain. I bought it especially for lower back pain. Price is good and easy to clean. I wont recommend it.”
