I've had severe back issues for over 30 years and usually I'm up several times during the night just trying to get comfortable. The first night I used this pillow I slept so hard I didn't move. Last night was my second night using the pillow and I slept so well I actually woke up before my alarm. Not because I wasn't comfortable but because I had actually been asleep all night! I have had other knee pillows in the past but they must have been trial run products or something bc this one really works.”

“my first night with it I was skeptical because it was a lot the thicker then the pillow ive been using. and there was abit of adjustment on first use, but by the second night it was already far more comfy and then the third night felt like it had been there forever. it is extremely comfortable.1 thing I really like better over a normal pillow is the size, it fits so snug between my legs, when I roll over it doesn't snag the sheets like a normal pillow does. “The space between the knees this product is supposed to provide, to keep the hip more level, is not enough by a long shot. My knees almost touch still. Was hoping this product would provide a smaller but still thick version of a large yoga bolster I use, which is perfect--but so big you can't pull up the covers over it. This was pretty much a waste of money for between the knees. Rather than returning, I might try it as a weird kind of pillow for my head. We'll see.”
“This little pillow is easy to use and really helped relieve most of my back pain while trying to sleep at night. I had been told by my physical therapist to sleep with a pillow between my knees. I found that using a regular size pillow was very awkward and difficult to place correctly without waking up my husband. This pillow is quick and easy to put in place. I also like the washable cover. It is very soft and non-scratchy and does not cause any increased sweating.”
