“I purchased this product recently and after a while determined that it was too thick for me and that the space between my knees while sleeping caused discomfort. I went back to an older one, from a different manufacturer and the problem was resolved. I wrote an email to the company, ComfiLife, and received a very polite email the next day, and was given a full refund. I wish that they made a pillow that had smaller height/loft as I would buy it. The cover was comfortable and it was well made. So even though it did not work well for me, I was quite impressed with my customer service experience.”

“Everything about this is really great as far as comfort and pain relief...other than the fact that I've only had it for a few months and it's starting to flatten already (I'm only 140lbs) and the cover that goes over it has scratchy lint balls all over it after only washing it twice(in a delicate garment bag). I guess every knee pillow I get is just meant to be disposable. Would probably have to spend a fortune for it to actually last. Def does it's job while it's still in good condition though.”
“Got this for my wife as she was starting to eye my old knee pillow with envy. When this one arrived, she initially complained that it was too hard... which thrilled me, because I immediately offered to give her my old one and use hers instead. I reluctantly pointed out that such is the nature of memory foam, and you need to give it a few seconds to compress in all the right places. She now loves this little pillow and uses it every night. I guess I'll have to order a new one for myself, darn it. I wouldn't mind seeing a higher quality cover, but I think it will suffice.”
“I purchased this production as it was recommended by TRAKK. The delivery speed was excellent arriving 20 days earlier than expected.When I picked up the item I felt that it was going to be to light weight to support my legs. I weigh 93kg and my thighs squashed this flat like a pancake.I then used it under one leg, placing it under my calf muscle and immediately it went flat like an old bicycle tire.My wife who weighs 43kg, she used it between her thighs and it deflated like a party balloon.In my final analysis, this product is not fit for the recommended use.”

“Purchased this and it is constructed and made well. The quality was good. But when I use it feels just a bit to thick and where your leg lays in it felt like it should be just a bit more open. I am 6' and around 130 lbs I use it for all my spine, hip, and nerve damage. Wish it was a bit softer that memory foam is pretty stiff to me and it just doesn't give like the other stuff they used to use before this.”
“I really like this pillow for my sciatica issues. It is comfortable to sleep with between either my thighs or knees depending on where I hurt. The cover zips off for washing, although I use a pillow slip in addition to make it easier. It is quite firm, but molds to my needs and I don't notice it at all.”
