TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
In my 3rd trimester and sleeping on my side all the time was really starting to takes its toll on my sciatica. I was in excruciating pain sitting and standing but laying down in any position had me in tears, waking up crying in pain. I was using a normal memory foam pillow but it just wasn't enough to support my lower back and hips. Left side or right side, I was miserable.I went to my chiropractor and he did some adjustments and recommended one of these types of pillows... 3 nights after his adjustment and 1 night after using this pillow, I was feeling relief in my lower back I'd say about 30%. I could at least sleep through the night without pain. Pain reduced quickly over the next few days.1 week after adjustment and using pillow for 4 nights, pain was 85% gone.I am now 2 weeks out from initial adjustment with no new adjustments and just using pillow, pain is 100% gone. I am able to move and carry out daily tasks without feeling like I am being stabbed. This pillow gives me lower back/hip support and stops my top leg from falling forward, causing a twist in my spine. I am sleeping comfortably, a huge plus for pregnant moms to be.

I had problems with my lower back and hips from arthritis and sciatica, and was only able to sleep maybe an hour at a time before I had to get up and move around. A friend recommended I try one of these. What a difference! I can sleep the night through, and don't wake up in lots of pain and almost unable to move. It was also great during the winter, to help keep warmth against my body -- hopefully it won't be too warm for the summertime. I recommend these type of pillows for anyone with leg, back or hip pain!

I really like this knee pillow. I wish I had gotten something that I consider very important to support in the "presure points" that have caused me to wake up in the morning pretty much hobbling from hip pain. I must admit it is taking a little getting used to as I haven't had this kind of wonderful support device ever. I am sure I will "get better" at using it. My hips and I say a great big thank you!

I started using this pillow during my second pregnancy. This knee pillow was so amazing for side-sleeping that I immediately threw out my large s-curved pregnancy pillow. My husband also uses one for sciatica. For those who say the pillow gets too flat, they are using it incorrectly. For best use, slide the pillow between your mid-thighs (not between your knees!).

I bought this to replace an old pillow which became ratty. The size was slightly smaller but I could deal with that. It was the perfect firmness. What really bothered me was that it seemed to absorb my body heat and when I woke up the pillow was hot & sweaty. Wish my old one was still available.

I received the ComfiLife pillow a few days ago and waited to review it until I had used it a while. The ComfiLife pillow has helped me a lot--both with my hip and my legs. I am a right side sleeper. When using the pillow, it keeps my legs from aching. I have had varicose vein trouble for many years and taking some of the pressure off them is great. Using the pillow has helped a lot in decreasing the pain in my right hip. I have arthritis so I don't expect all pain to be gone. I am very thankful I purchased the ComfiLife.

Product arrived in nice little box, intact. Upon opening, noticed there's an imperfection in the sewing of the outside pillow protector which allowed for a snag during packaging or something. I usually sleep with a thin standard pillow (longways) for support for thighs, hips, knees, and keeping my feet/ankles apart during sleeping. I've had others years ago and they wore out quickly. So Im looking forward to trying this out tonight to see if it meets any of those needs during sleep.
