TRAKK Memory Foam Knee Wedge Pillow Reviews

4.1 Rating 912 Reviews
I used to stuff blankets or regular pillows between my legs each night for relief. Finally I bit the bullet and decided to purchase a pillow specifically made for this. Now I can't imagine a night without using this pillow. The shape is everything and makes a big difference. It's very soft and comfortable. What else can I say? I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it! For reference I'm a 5'5 120 lb woman.

I wish I had found this leg pillow when I had knee replacement surgery, would have been so much more helpful than just a pillow. This is a smaller pillow that fits between your knees and keeps them from coming together. soft but firm enough to keep your knees apart.

As a side sleeper, tendency to twist back to get into comfortable sleep position....aggravating the heck out of the lower back. This thing doesn't let you do the twist. Small enough to roll over without ever removing it from between knees and beats the heck out of trying to reposition a hugging pillow. Try it, you'll probably like it.

It takes a few weeks of getting used to before some of the stiffness subsidies. I have slept with this type of conture pillow between my legs for 12 years and I finally ordered a new one!!! I never sleep without it. I have scoliosis and it has helped me stay out of pain. 🏻🏻🏻❤️❤️❤️

I own two of these, one for myself and one for my husband. I ordered his a week or so after mine. They both are squished flat when in use and have lost all support! I would not buy this product or recommend this brand. My husband and I enjoyed them the first week or so but now after a few months, these are simply a disappointment.

The quality of the product itself is fine (good actually). However, using this is very uncomfortable. When I use it I also have to use an older pillow between my ankles or else my ankle bones are jamming into each other. I can fall asleep if I'm set up that way but wake up if I move/re-adjust myself in my sleep because I've got all these things moving around with me. Next time one of my daughters or daughter in law is pregnant, I'll offer it to them. Maybe it will help them.

Overall: 3 stars because it didn't work for me. Pain relief: actually increased hip pain, waking me several times at night. Support: excellent because the foam is so dense. I can see why it works for most people, but I'm a petite woman (5'1" and 105#). The pillow kept my knees too far apart so actually forced my upper leg up and misaligned my hips. Again, good quality and I think would work well for others.

This has greatly reduced my lower back pain and helped with hip pain I have been experiencing recently. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is the white cover. The cover became dingy pretty quickly. It needs to be removed and washed often. I would have preferred a gray or black cover which would not need to be washed so often.
